Memorial Day weekend, 2008, the Montauk Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring our first “Montauk Fine Arts Festival” on the green. Our strategy is to create the highest quality fine art destination event on Long Island. We will be reaching out to 30,000 Nationally recognized artists to make this possible. The benefits of such destination events goes well beyond the artist and their sales. There are immense benefits to the Montauk business community.

This is a unique promotional and public relations opportunity. We offer direct exposure with festival attendees, and coupled with extraordinary media exposure, reaching tens of thousands, makes this a prime opportunity for your business. We need the support of local businesses corporate partnerships and the media community.

Corporate Partnerships/Sponsorship


Title Sponsor: SOLD

  • Title Sponsor’s name and logo will be prominently featured in the title of the event and in ALL promotional materials (see Projected Schedule of Media and Promotion)
  • Title Sponsor’s name and logo will incorporated into the layout of the title page of the program
  • The back cover of the program will be provided to the title sponsor for advertising
  • Title Sponsor’s name and logo will be prominently displayed on the banner above the entrance to the show and on a roadside banner. A link to the URL of the Title Sponsor’s choice will be place on the show website

Gold Sponsor: $ TBA

  • Sponsor’s logo will be incorporated into ALL advertising for the show [radio/print]
  • Sponsor’s logo will be included on a roadside banner
  • Sponsor will be provided a half page ad in the show program
  • A link to the URL of the sponsor’s choice will be place on the show website

Silver Sponsor: $ TBA

  • Sponsor’s logo will be incorporated into all PRINTED advertising for the show
  • Sponsor’s logo will be included on the showside banner.
  • Sponsor will be provided with a quarter-page ad in the show program
  • A link to the URL of the sponsor’s choice will be place on the show website

Bronze Sponsor: $ TBA

  • Sponsor’s logo will be incorporated into all PRINTED advertising for the show
  • Sponsor will be provided with a sixth-page ad in the show program
  • Sponsor’s name will appear on cooperative banner
